Want to get your youth more involved with devozine? Encourage them to apply for the Teen Advisory Board!

The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is made up of 10–12 young people between the ages 14–20 who live around the country and around the world. They come from many different backgrounds and have a variety of gifts and talents. The TAB plays an integral role in the devozine family, serving as a direct link between the staff and the magazine’s audience.

We accept TAB applications in the spring of each year. TAB members serve for one year and are given six assignments during their tenure; three times they evaluate a set of layouts and three times they evaluate a printed copy of devozine—and they get paid for each completed assignment! We take their feedback seriously, and their comments help us to shape and mold the magazine. TAB members also help us choose covers and select themes for upcoming issues. Plus, we feature our TAB members in the Teen Advisory Board Spotlight in devozine.

So, if there is a young person in your life or youth group who enjoys writing, reading, music, the arts, sports, being creative, talking about God, or going deeper in faith, please encourage him or her to apply for the TAB!
